Stopped by here on our way across the States and it turned out to be a great find. The service was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the curry beef udon, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. Rich, beefy curry flavor with green onion, chewy udon noodles, and just the right amount of spicy kick. Definitely a must-stop spot for noodles if I’m ever in Bakersfield again.

The ramen was excellent — full of great flavor and perfectly balanced, not too spicy. The packaging for the to-go order was top-notch, showing real attention to detail and care in presentation. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, from how they interact with customers to the way the food is prepared and packaged. From pickup to the last bite, everything was great!
